Philadelphia, March 2021 -- GLOBO Language Solutions welcomed four new customer service agents this month, continuing a streak of high-growth for the language services provider. 

“Our customers are our top priority. We’re excited to have the opportunity to build out our Customer Service team this early into 2021,” says Alec Kissell, Director of Customer Experience at GLOBO.  “The growth of our Customer Service team positions us to continue to provide the best possible customer experience as we continue to grow.”


GLOBO’s newest Customer Service Associates include: 


Britany Nelson

Britany joins GLOBO from NRG Energy, where she worked as a retention agent. “I am looking forward to being able to help people get the access they need,” Britany says. “GLOBO has far exceeded my expectations in a workplace.”


Shauna Oberholtzer

Shauna brings experience working as a Call Center Team Lead. “I am looking forward to working in an industry where every day I come to work knowing I get to play a part in helping someone,” says Shauna.


Maura Treffeisen

Maura joins GLOBO from Office Practicum. “I love that GLOBO offers interpretation services for access for everyone. I find my job fulfilling.”


Venus Mouzon

Venus brings nearly seven years of experience as a Patient Care Representative with Philidor Rx Services. 


GLOBO plans to onboard several additional Customer Service Associates in the coming months. Testaments to continued growth, the provider was also recently recognized on the Slator 2021 Language Service Provider Index (#58) and The Nimdzi 100 (#76).
