Custom Implementation

For enterprise customers, GLOBO manages a three-phase implementation process: Discover, Design, and Deploy. Your Customer Success Manager will work with you to determine any needs for custom configurations, equipment, or reporting dashboards.



Develop a collaborative understanding of your current solution, areas of improvement, and project timeline.



Co-design a custom training, equipment, and services solution to meet your objectives.



Distribute service credentials and information, implement new equipment, and provide training materials.

Continuous Improvement

Post-launch, you will be transitioned to our Customer Success Program, which includes regularly scheduled calibration meetings and quarterly business reviews to ensure complete satisfaction. Your Customer Success Manager will report on KPIs and opportunities for increased access, operating as an extension of your team.

Custom Reporting

GLOBO facilitates transparency and accountability by providing on-demand reporting through GLOBO HQ. Work with your Customer Success Manager to identify custom real-time dashboard needs, including (but not limited to):

  • Service Level Agreement Reporting
  • Usage by Device
  • Internal Interpreting Resource Metrics
