May 2021 --GLOBO has announced the hiring of six additional team members, continuing the company’s streak of high growth in the past six months.
Of note, the language solutions company’s Recruiting, Workforce Management, and Customer Experience teams have significantly expanded, adding six new employees across the organization.
Recruiting & Workforce Management

Illeana joins GLOBO as its Talent Acquisition Team Lead and brings over six years of human resources expertise to GLOBO.
Johannica Griffin Smith
Johannica joins the company as its Talent Acquisition Coordinator and is an experienced interpreter and trainer and brings 20 years of experience to GLOBO’s workforce and recruiting team.
Anguel joins the company as its Workforce Manager and brings 15 years of experience in interpreting services, including language access improvement initiatives.
Carmita Schenck, Janay Robinson, and Patrice Abraham join GLOBO as Customer Service Associates and will work closely with customers in assisting their language solutions technology needs. Headed by Alec Kissell, GLOBO’s Customer Experience team has seen substantial growth in 2020 and 2021.
