January 2022 - GLOBO has announced the hiring of Kelly Diaz, who joins the Customer Experience team as the newest Customer Success Manager. Diaz brings over 15 years of experience from the hospitality industry, where her focus was in sales and account management.
When COVID-19 hit, the hospitality industry was hit particularly hard – especially conferences and conventions, which were the primary focus for Diaz. When things came to a screeching halt, Diaz was able to take a step back and evaluate where her true passions lay: relationships. With GLOBO, Diaz is looking forward to working with customers to affect change.
“It’s exciting to come to work and know that the services we’re providing make a difference in people’s lives,” Diaz said. “In getting to know our customers over the past few weeks, it’s apparent how necessary it is to have access to language support.”
Diaz’s expertise in client relationship management brings great value to GLOBO as our customer roster continues to grow.
“Kelly’s passion for people shines through in everything she does,” said Alec Kissell, Director of Customer Experience. “We’re looking forward to seeing the impact she’ll have on our customers.”
When she’s logged off of work, Diaz enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, who they’re teaching how to ski. She also enjoys beach days with the family, Broadway shows and cheering on the Philadelphia Flyers.
