February 2022 — GLOBO has announced the hiring of Matthew Ficca as Vice President of Finance. Ficca brings extensive experience from the healthcare space, a key industry of focus for GLOBO as health systems strive for increased language access and improved health equity.
Ficca joins GLOBO after spending over eight years at Cigna, his most recent role having been Vice President of Underwriting & Risk Management. Ficca describes himself as a “passionate people leader;” a graduate of Penn State University, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and received his Master of Business Administration from Drexel University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management.
Ficca’s key focus for the first half of 2022 will be enhancing GLOBO’s financial values and driving efficiencies.
