This year, GLOBO obtained the internationally-recognized ISO 27001:2013 certification, ensuring the organization is held to the highest standards for data protection.
We were also recognized by CSA Research as a top language service provider specializing in Interpreting (#6), On-Site Interpreting (#1), and Remote Interpreting (#6).

Corporate Achievements
New Family Leave Policy
We launched a new paid family leave policy benefiting full-time and part-time GLOBO employees to take up to four weeks of paid leave in a 12-month period for qualifying life events such as the birth of a child, adoption, and caring for sick family members.
In addition to providing paid leave, GLOBO expanded employee compensation packages to offer greater healthcare network coverage, 100% employer-paid premium plans, employer HSA contributions, and complimentary life insurance, all while significantly reducing costs for employees.

In June, we hosted our very first Language Access Summit, a milestone event that featured a series of webinars designed to help healthcare professionals learn how to limit communication barriers, increase efficiencies and provide better experiences.

In 2023, GLOBO will continue to provide the most innovative solutions in the language services industry in service of our vision of a future without language barriers.
