Third party dial out call is giving an error in HQ
I hit the thumbs up/down in HQ after my call and it is reversing by itself or it is not working correctly
While servicing a call I hear silence and see the message "Reconnecting Your Call" on the dashboard.
Notifications on HQ: Not Authorized
"Missed Call" warnings while in a call.
I have a call in my log showing as "pending"
I have a call missing from my call log/history
I forgot to save the intake information in a call.
I have had 5 or more dropped calls within one hour
I would like to report a dropped call
Dashboard issues: Muted when clicking Transfer to Customer Service
Browser Issues: No Answer/Decline Button
I answered the call and got the "We're sorry, an application error has occurred. Good-bye" message and the call disconnected
I don’t know how to get the console log
