If you notice that calls have dropped more than five times in a row within an hour or with a particular client please send us a report. If calls are dropped infrequently, do not report.
Remember to troubleshoot before sending a report:

- Check that you don’t have other apps or programs running in the background.
- Verify there aren’t any current system incidents reported
REMEMBER: If calls are dropping infrequently (less than 5 in an hour), there is
NO NEED TO REPORT. All reports must be sent via the Remote Linguist Support Form here: https://www.helloglobo.com/remote_support

- Call ID and description of the issue
- Confirm you’ve completed each one of the Troubleshooting steps described above.
