Browser Issues: No Answer/Decline Button

I hear and see the call come in because the call status changes to In Call (green) but the Answer/Decline buttons don’t pop up. Is there something wrong with HQ?

This is a quick fix and you’re in the right place!

You need to make sure that Sites can send pop-ups and redirects.

When your browser has Pop-ups and Redirects set to “Don’t Allow” it will block pop-ups such as the answer modal (Accept/Decline) in the Linguist Dashboard. 

We invite you to regularly check this setting after browser updates and select "Allow" to avoid the issue. 

This can also occur when multiple GLOBO HQ tabs are open simultaneously, the modal may be showing in one of the open tabs instead of the current tab.
