I saw a red/orange/yellow banner on the screen in HQ

There are different errors that occur and we cannot direct you to a helpful article without knowing more.

We may have an answer in our Knowledge Base, so keep an eye out for exactly what the message says in that banner. Take screenshots and console logs as the errors happen and attach those to any ticket you send. Please do not send a ticket without detailed information, and first attempting to troubleshoot yourself.
