- I have a call in my log showing as "pending"
- I would like to report a dropped call
- I have a call missing from my call log/history
- I saw a red/orange/yellow banner on the screen in HQ
- I forgot to save the intake information in a call.
- Third party dial out call is giving an error in HQ
- I received a notification that "call was already answered / call is no longer available”
- I don’t know how to get the console log
- I hit the thumbs up/down in HQ after my call and it is reversing by itself or it is not working correctly
- I answered the call and got the "We're sorry, an application error has occurred. Good-bye" message and the call disconnected
- I have had 5 or more dropped calls within one hour
- "Missed Call" warnings while in a call.
- While servicing a call I hear silence and see the message "Reconnecting Your Call" on the dashboard.
- Browser Issues: No Answer/Decline Button
- Notifications on HQ: Not Authorized
- Dashboard issues: Muted when clicking Transfer to Customer Service
