I hit the thumbs up/down in HQ after my call and it is reversing by itself or it is not working correctly
I’m an interpreter and after rating the call as thumbs up it switches to thumbs down (or from thumbs down to thumbs up).
First, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Cleared cache and refreshed the browser
- Ad-blocker in Google Chrome is turned off but the issue continues consistently (happens more than twice within the hour)
- Sites can send pop-ups and redirects is selected in Chrome settings
