Our very own Systems Integration Team Lead at GLOBO, Sean Normansell, whose recent selection for the prestigious HubSpot Lighthouse Program membership represents a significant milestone not only in his professional journey but also for GLOBO's commitment to excellence. 

From Healthcare Interpretation to System Integration Excellence 

Normansell's path to this recognition began in the demanding world of healthcare interpretation, where he navigated joyous celebrations and challenging moments alongside patients and medical professionals. These experiences taught him the critical importance of clear communication and reliable systems: skills that would prove invaluable in his current position as a System Integrator at GLOBO. 

What sets Normansell apart isn’t just his technical expertise, but his deep understanding of the human element in every system he builds. His background as a Spanish interpreter provides him with unique insights into the nuances of communication and the critical role technology plays in bridging language barriers.

He developed GLOBO’s Linguist Support form, which has processed over 25,000 reports and saved the company more than 2,000 hours through automation. His commitment to community building, including helping create Social Decompression meetings for linguists, demonstrates his understanding of both technical and human elements in system design.
