If you are an existing interpreter currently working with Globo, you may need to upload updated credentials, licenses, or other supporting documents to keep your profile current. Here’s how you can submit these documents to our talent team:What You Can Upload
As an active interpreter, you might need to upload the following types of documents:
New Credentials: If you’ve recently earned new certifications or qualifications relevant to your interpreting work.
Licenses: Any updated or new licenses that pertain to your work.
Supporting Documents: Documents that support your previous requests, such as proof of address, identity verification, or other personal details.
How to Upload Documents
To upload your documents, follow these simple steps:
Submit the Remote Support Form: Access the Remote Support Form: https://www.helloglobo.com/remote_support
Select "Credentials or Licensing Update": In the form, choose “Credentials/License Update” as the request type.
Enter Document Title: Clearly name your document (e.g., "Interpreter License Update" or "New Certification Submission") so we can quickly identify it.
Choose the File: Click on “Choose File” to select the document(s) you wish to upload from your device.
Submit the Form: After attaching your document, submit the form.
Once your submission is complete, our team will review the documents and process your request accordingly.
