An Overview of the Steps Following Your Application Submission

Once you submit your application, our Talent team will carefully review your qualifications required for the job. If we see a match, one of our team members will reach out to schedule a meeting with you to discuss the onboarding process. Our recruiter may request some additional information prior to scheduling a meeting with you.


You will be able to check the progress status via our ATS portal for each open job we actively recruit for once you complete the interview with one of our recruiters. The interview process will cover the expectations for engagement, compensation, growth opportunities with GLOBO as well as will give you a chance to ask questions.

The recruiter assigned to you for the interview will be your dedicated Talent Acquisition team member helping you out through the entire onboarding journey.
