Making Changes to Your Contract, Language Pairs, and More

Whether you want to update your language pair, request rate adjustment, add a service line, or end your contract, here’s how you can easily do this:

What Can You Do Under Contracting Update?
As an interpreter, you can make the following updates to your contract with us:

Add or Remove a Language Pair: If you want to add or remove a language pair you work with, we can help you update your profile. For a new language pair, our team will contact you to send you a language assessment to confirm/validate your qualifications before making changes to your account. You will also need to provide proof that you are proficient in this language pair and can interpret it effectively.
Add or Remove a Service Line: Adjust your service offerings based on your expertise, adding or removing specific service lines (ie. OPI, VRI, On-site) Our talent team may request supporting documentation before implementing the change.
Learn More About the Shift Program: If you're interested in learning about new shift opportunities or shifts that match your skills ( DEFER THEM THE FORM)
Re-engage with GLOBO: If you’ve previously ended your contract and would like to start working with us again, we’ll help you re-engage and get back into the process. A recruiter will reach out to you if your language pair is in need. You may need to complete compliance checks again, and depending on how long it has been since you last worked with us, you may be asked to retake the language assessment as well.
Off-board or End Contract with GLOBO: If you decide to end your contract, we can guide you through the off-boarding process.

* How to Request a Contracting Update
To request any of the above changes, follow these simple steps:

Submit the Form: Complete the Remote Support Form: https://www.helloglobo.com/remote_support 
Select “Contracting Update”: When submitting the form, choose the “Contracting Update” option to indicate that you need changes to your contract or services.
Choose the Option You Want: After selecting “Contracting Update,” choose the specific action you’d like to take from the available options (e.g., add a language pair, request the update on your rate, etc.).
Provide Your Details: Please fill in the details about the changes you want to make and submit the form.


Once we receive your form, our team will process your request and confirm the changes with you.
