I am experiencing an internet/power outage in my area, which is interrupting my scheduled shift.

Either report in Deputy, or send a ticket - BUT WHICH ONE? Read below -

If you were able to log into deputy during any portion of this shift, please make a note of this on your Deputy timesheet ONLY.

If you were unable to work any portion of the shift, please submit a ticket through the Remote Linguist Support Form here: https://www.helloglobo.com/remote_support

Select "Shift Program," and

Select "Report a shift program adherence issue".
